To use my knowledge and skills in an organization to provide quality services to the community and assists in the growth and development of the organization.

Over the last 6 years, I have functioned in various capacities in development/social works. Through those years, I have gathered experience in project design, management, trainings, and programming skills along prevention to care continuum of HIV/AIDS.
I am conversant with issues surrounding HIV/AIDS in Nigeria, proven skills in programme monitoring and evaluation, design of M&E data collection forms and instruments. I have experience in planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating of Adolescent Reproductive Health & HIV/AIDS education. I also have skills in Advocacy.
My understanding of the Nigerian Civil society sector particularly HIV/AIDS and governance issues has helped boost my knowledge of local best practices and have greatly enhanced my ability to handle community based programmes.
