  A client, a renowned building developer and contractor won the contract to develop prime vacant lot (being vacant for so long due to a lengthy litigation issue), along the Marina (water front), Lagos Nigeria.
  The team of Lime Associates Nigeria and Litedares Associates successfully completed initial conceptualization and preliminary financial estimates. Architectural design as well as business plan.
  The Marina Anchor is a 25 story edifice with state of the art facilities, shopping malls, eating courts, an exclusive Skyview club. And resturant, conference/event center facilities with over five levels of parking spaces. Provision has also being made for two banking halls as well as a number of leaseable office space.
  Estimated project cost: $ 45 million

• Kingscross Schools Expansion Project

  • July 2011 to Present

  Established over 20 years ago, the Kingscross Schools has been a model co-educational pre-primary and primary establishment with alumni who have distinguished themselves in their endeavours.
  The expansion plans are intended to position the school for the next generation of scholars with state of the art facilities and a globally accredited educational program.
  The plan involves facility remodelling in the short term and moving to a larger, newly designed facilities in the mid to long term, along will investmwnts in teacher training and curricula development.
  Total project costs (estimated): $ 300,000 to $ 2,000,000
